I have been struggling with weight loss for years. The same I guess for many other people out there with the same weight problem that I had.

When we get over our thirties our waist just seems to get a life of it’s own. I used to get so sick and tired of all the lack of energy and discomfort that being overweight brings. Make an effort to have four or five cases that you can change every few nights.  This prevents you from using one for more than a few days but you won’t be doing laundry all the time either.

The second tip is to make sure you are washing your hands on a regular basis.  It sounds like common sense, but so many people ignore this advice. 

You get all kinds of bacteria on your hand throughout the day.  Don’t put this onto your face!  By cleaning your hands or regularly using an anti-bacterial wash, you lessen the threat of this bacteria creating new pimples.

Finally, look for an acne solution that treats all the causes of acne.  Sadly, almost all the products in the stores don’t actually treat what causes acne, they just attempt to eliminate one pimple at a time.  The best acne treatment will make sure to work like a system and target each cause of acne.
