Main Course: Detox Vegetable Soup

6 tomatoes.
1 can of all natural low sodium chicken broth.
1 can of all natural low sodium beef broth.
2 stalks of celery.
2 carrots.
1 pack of shredded cabbage
1 green pepper
8 ounce package of corn
8 ounce package of peas
8 ounces of spinach
1 onion
8 ounces of broccoli
2 potatoes
1 Tbsp. of black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. of garlic power or 1 clove of garlic
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions:

One – Slice and dice your veggies as needed and put them in a big stock pot along with all the rest of the ingredients.

Two – Add as much water as needed to cover all the ingredients and then add about 2 more inches of water to compensate for loss while cooking.
Three – Cook your detox vegetable soup until all ingredients are tender.

Four – Survey with fresh garlic bread and a basic salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing or an all-natural store bought one.

This is a simple recipe that covers just about all the natural bases of a mini detoxification. For desert, serve fresh strawberries and bananas and melon in a juice mixture made from the same fruits by juicing them in a blender or juicer.
