I have written comprehensively on various ways and offered tips and recommendation to find people free online. In this article I only focus on using social networks.

Hundreds of results will be returned for your perusal. Visit the sites that are at the very top of the list - as the top position represents its popularity online. Popularity means more and more people are signed up to it so chances of finding someone free are very high. In fact it is large enough to find someone free in it.
Sign up on these top social netwoks. You don’t need to worry about paying anything - just sign up free. Once you are singed up take some time to expand your network of “friends” so you can have access to a lot of people’s profiles.
Once you are signed up, you can also use the search tool to find people. You should also use this tool to search for the specific person you are looking for. There is a change that the person you are trying to find is a member there.
