The body is constantly trying to expel these toxins. Sneezing, sweating, and coughing are some of the ways your body gets rid of these toxins. Another way that the body stops toxins from causing damage is by storing them in fat. A full body cleanse is a way to aid your body in expelling toxins.

You can help your body by avoiding exposure to these toxins as much as possible. By getting the right amount of rest you can also help your body perform its natural cleanse. After a few days of a natural and healthy diet and a low exposure to toxins, most people will be able to feel a difference. However, to see a long-term effect it may take months and sometimes years for your body to fully cleanse. If you are taking any kind of medication you should ask a doctor before beginning a full body cleanse. Although healthy eating and reducing exposure to pollutants is recommended for everybody, different medications may require a different approach to this.

Outside toxins like moisturizers, cosmetics, and chap sticks should be limited during a full body cleanse. Even deodorants and shampoo contain toxins and should be used in moderation. It is recommended to get both physical and emotional rest. High levels of stress that may come from work and even watching upsetting news stories and emails can contribute to high amounts of toxins in the body.

Fresh air is important for your body, too. Everyone produces carbon dioxide when they exhale so it is important to make sure fresh air is circulating. Opening a window can help prevent carbon dioxide to pollute your body. It is also important to get sunlight in a moderate amount.

The main kind of nutrient your body needs is water. It is best to eat a lot of foods and liquids that contain water. Fruits and vegetables are good because they have a lot of water and are also easy to digest.

During a cleanse, you want to help your digestive system as much as possible and so should avoid foods that are hard to digest. These foods are usually the kind that most people enjoy eating. It will be easier to avoid these foods if you slowly wean yourself off rather than stop altogether. Another way to help the digestive system is by blending your food. Some days of the diet you can blend fruit and vegetables into juices and only drink juices for the entire day.

Fruits and vegetables should be eaten raw. Avocados are recommended because they contain a lot of healthy fatty acids that will keep you satisfied until the next meal. Salads with a lot of different vegetables are good to eat. For a dressing, it is recommended that you use extra virgin olive oil.

A body cleanse detox can last however long you want. Some people go on for a few days, while others go on for weeks and months. When it is time for you to end the full body cleanse, other kinds of foods should slowly be reintroduced to your diet.
