7 Day Liver Detox, A Great Way to Improve Your Health

The world has become a very unhealthy place to live in nowadays. Pollution is prevalent and chemicals are being released each day into the air that we breathe in. For your breakfast, it is suggested that you eat a small amount of rice with fruits. For both lunch and dinner, you should only eat vegetables. By eating at least four different vegetables a day, you will be sure that you are getting enough nutrients that your body needs to eliminate toxins. It is must that you avoid foods containing caffeine, flour, sugar, fats and anything that has preservatives for the entire 7 days.

• Fresh fruits
• Fresh vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, artichokes, garlic and onion, red and green vegetables
• Rice cakes, brown rice, rice pasta and rice crackers

• Beans like legumes, pinto beans, garbanzos beans, kidney beans, green peas and adzuki beans
• Unsalted nuts, cashew nuts, almond nuts and seeds like pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds (no peanuts)
